A Sister Circle is a sacred gathering of women held by connection, community and feminine wisdom. It is a safe container to experience and embrace the nurturing energy of the divine feminine that resides within each of us. It is a place to lovingly hold space for one another, and to be heard without judgment.
When women gather in Circle we heal ourselves and support our sisters do the same. Sister Circles are a place of trust, self compassion and a chance to explore the shadows within. Listen to the inner whispers of your soul, and embrace yourself exactly as you are. Bare witness- hear what needs to be heard, share what needs to be shared. Release it to the circle and leave feeling lighter.
